What Your
Journey Looks Like

Week 1 — Orientation & Immersion
Meet the team, understand our clients, learn our processes. You'll shadow every department and get a full view of how a strategy-first studio operates.

Weeks 2–4 — Hands-On Projects
Dive into live projects. Attend shoots, client calls, brand reviews. Get real briefs, give real output. No "practice projects" — everything is live.

Mid-Review — Mentorship Session
A dedicated 1:1 with Akshayy to review your work, identify strengths, and sharpen areas for growth. Honest. Constructive. Career-changing.
04
Final Week — Portfolio & Presentation
Present your best work to the team. Receive your certificate, letter of recommendation, and — for top performers — a conversation about joining us full-time.
